Job Description

The Finance Director at Reactivate will oversee financial modeling, investment analysis, and valuation reporting to support the company's renewable energy projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide insights for executive decision-making.

Responsibilities

  • •Develop and maintain financial models for renewable energy projects
  • •Conduct comprehensive investment analysis for project pipeline and investment opportunities
  • •Build and standardize processes for project assumption gathering and valuation
  • •Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect modeling assumptions and validate project data
  • •Prepare and present financial reports and recommendations to senior leadership
  • •Support deal negotiation and execution of capital markets transactions
  • •Build and maintain relationships with project finance lenders and investors

Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field.
  • •7 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or other investing roles in power, utilities, infrastructure, or real assets.
  • •Proficiency in cash flow modeling and valuation techniques.
  • •Proven track record of working with complex financial data and developing key insights for senior leadership teams.
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess risks and opportunities in financial scenarios.
  • •Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with experience preparing and delivering presentations to senior management and board members.
  • •Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, start-up environment.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, minimum Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word.
  • •Eligible to work in the United States without the need for employer visa sponsorship now or in the future.
