The Territory Sales Manager oversees a team of Residential Energy Specialists, providing mentorship and guidance while driving sales of solar power and energy efficiency solutions. This role involves coaching team members, meeting sales targets, and engaging with homeowners to promote clean energy options.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee 6-8 Residential Energy Specialists
- Meet and exceed personal and team sales targets
- Coach, mentor, and train new specialists on sales best practices
- Assist team members with sales activities and customer inquiries
- Organize and oversee lead generation activities for the team
- Educate homeowners on solar power and energy efficiency solutions
- Review team member performance and suggest training improvements
- Collaborate with Telemarketing to confirm in-home appointments
- Host and conduct in-home solar events
- Assist homeowners with documentation and incentive qualification
Requirements
Benefits & Perks
Compensation/salary range: 65,000 - 150,000 USD
