Job Description
The Marketing Associate will develop and execute marketing and branding strategies for a rapidly growing solar energy firm, focusing on increasing brand awareness in the commercial real estate and solar industries. Responsibilities include creating marketing collateral, managing digital presence, and supporting business development through targeted campaigns and event planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing and branding strategy.
- Create marketing collateral and manage brand standards.
- Oversee digital marketing efforts including SEO and SEM.
- Lead thought leadership initiatives and content development.
- Manage website redesign process with external partners.
- Develop and execute business development event strategy.
- Coordinate with teams to support marketing initiatives.
Requirements
- 3 years of marketing experience in commercial solar, energy storage, or commercial real estate.
- Experience creating marketing collateral such as PowerPoint decks, one-pagers, and website refreshes.
- Proficiency in Canva, PowerPoint, and other creative tools; basic Adobe Suite knowledge is a plus.
- Experience managing third-party vendors for branding, design, and website development.
- Understanding of LinkedIn thought leadership, SEO, and conference marketing strategies.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and execute a strategic vision.
- Highly detail-oriented and organized individual.
- Innovative and organized self-starter with the ability to work autonomously.
